If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for exchange or refund, the only conditions that need to be complied with are:

The garment must be returned in the original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all labels and swing tags attached and in the original packaging.
The garment must be returned by reliable mail service, we recommend registered post, at the customer’s expense. (If Garment is deemed faulty, Laloom will reimburse the said shipping costs) Laloom cannot refund or exchange an item until such time as the item being returned has been received by Laloom.
The garment must be returned within 28 days of customers receipt together with proof of purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, Laloom will ship the replacement item free of charge (within Australia)

We have two methods of accepting payment.
Eway gateway. A secured payment gateway backed by the National Australia Bank. This payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Once payment has been made the goods purchased will be dispatched within 24hours for normal business days. Payments received over a weekend or public holiday will require an additional business day for processing.
